My stay at Springhill Suites was mixed. The hotel has a good location, but there were some issues with noise. The rooms were clean and comfy, but there was a prominent smell of smoking in the room. The service was friendly, but there were communication issues between staff members. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were practical for business travel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely spacious and had both a living room sitting space, a separate bathroom, and an attached bedroom, making them clean and comfortable. The service was top-notch with kind and helpful staff. The location was fantastic, avoiding downtown traffic snarls, and the dining experience was filling and delicious. The only downside was the small bathroom sink area, but overall a great value for money.
